Rytec Turbo Seal Insulated # 601417 replaced battery and noticed door would only close halfway and counter weights were bottoming out at the bottom. Adjusted straps so weights were 8\" off ground. Tried cycling door again but it would only close halfway. Got door to position where it seems to bind and went up to look and found vinyl is coming apart from foam in a 8 to 10 inch section all the way across door not allowing it to pass the idler roller and header.
